The Nevis Online Gaming License
The Nevis Online Gaming License is issued for 1 year and is renewable annually. The standard license is granted with 2 URLs included, with the option to add additional qualified URLs (up to a maximum of 40) provided they are wholly owned and operated by the license holder. Sublicensing is not permitted under any circumstances.
Where relevant, white-label services may require both B2B and B2C licensing and additional approval on a case-by-case basis.

Excluded Markets / Territories (Geo-IP Blocking)
The following markets are considered restricted/prohibited and must be GEO-IP blocked (plus any sanctioned or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions and any other territory deemed prohibited):
Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, St. Kitts & Nevis, United Kingdom, USA, FATF Blacklisted Countries, and sanctioned countries.
Licensees are required to conduct their own due diligence before entering any market.

Licensing fees are €28,000 and include:

License fees are due on submission of the application, and applications are considered only once compliance and due diligence requirements are met and the file is complete. All license fees are non-refundable.

- Remote ID verification
- Completed application forms + signed UBO declarations
- Proof of SOF & SOW
For corporate entities in the structure
- Corporate structure diagram
- Certified incorporation documents + constitutional documents
- Registers of shareholders/directors (dated within last 3 months and signed)
- Registry extract (if applicable)
- Certificate of Good Standing
