D.Marinou & Co is founded and growing year on year as a leading local Accounting & Audit practice.

2007 – 2017

D.Marinou & Co Management Services is founded as the corporate arm of D. Marinou & Co offering fiduciary and company formation services to foreign clients.

2018

D. Marinou & Co Management Services expands into new markets offering services such us licensing, re-domiciliation services and specialized tax services such as transfer pricing studies and tax rulings.

2021

Under new ownership and management D. Marinou & Co Management Services is renamed to MARICORP CYPRUS CONSULTANCY servicing its clients from 2 locations in Cyprus Larnaca (HQ) and Limassol. MARICORP continues to work closely with D. MARINOU & CO in an independent manner.
