DUBAI COMPANY INCORPORATION IN JUST 5 BUSINESS DAYS
Client provides us with the following details:
- Passport copy
- Last UAE visa/ Dubai immigration entry stamp
- Photograph – passport size with white background
- Contact details – (phone number & Email ID)
- Proposed Company names
In order for the client to avoid travelling to UAE before the residence application meeting the client signs a Power of Attorney (POA) for our local partner in order to represent the client in front of the Dubai Mainland licensing Department and obtain the license of the Company before client’s visit in Dubai.
The POA signature is validated online by a public notary.
The Company is represented by its shareholder and manager both of which positions can be held by the client. We provide manager services as well.

Do I need to be there for Company incorporation:
Everything can be done remotely.
Do I need to sign anything in original ?
No everything is signed electronically.
What documents are needed for Company incorporation ?
Copy of passport and utility bill however, for KYC purposes our office requires additional KYC documents in regards to source and value of wealth of the client.
When can I start trading with the Company ?
When the Company is incorporated you will receive a Company number and subsequently a Tax number. Once you have these 2 you can start trading.
